VP-Sales

$65,000/yr base + commission

At AMPLIFIR, we are scaling and growing quickly and we’re looking for a sales rockstar to join the team to help create our sales processes, prospect and close leads. This role will move into a management role with additional sales people under your direction as we continue to grow.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has capital markets experience

  • Well connected in the public markets sector (mining, forestry, tech and pharma)

  • Is an expert listener and able to work closely with Product to help solve problems for leads and clients

  • Previous HubSpot experience

  • Is outstanding at documenting, planning and iterating their sales process

  • A track record of high achievement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career

  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better

  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

  • Are naturally curious and passionate

  • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools

  • A keenly developed competitive nature

  • Is highly self-driven with a sense of motivation

  • The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis

  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)

This position is:

  • 6 month contract - opportunity for employment at contract renewal

  • 100% remote
