VP-Sales
$65,000/yr base + commission
At AMPLIFIR, we are scaling and growing quickly and we’re looking for a sales rockstar to join the team to help create our sales processes, prospect and close leads. This role will move into a management role with additional sales people under your direction as we continue to grow.
The ideal candidate:
Has capital markets experience
Well connected in the public markets sector (mining, forestry, tech and pharma)
Is an expert listener and able to work closely with Product to help solve problems for leads and clients
Previous HubSpot experience
Is outstanding at documenting, planning and iterating their sales process
A track record of high achievement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
Are naturally curious and passionate
The technical aptitude to master our sales tools
A keenly developed competitive nature
Is highly self-driven with a sense of motivation
The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)
This position is:
6 month contract - opportunity for employment at contract renewal
100% remote
